Shipping Policy

We use Royal Mail as our shipping courier, and although we are operating as normal there may be delays in Royal Mail services due to Covid 19.

2nd Class Shipping - Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping

International Shipping - Please allow 7-10 days for delivery but delays may occur. Shipping will cost £9.99

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Box Beautiful Ltd are not liable for any customs charges incurred, any customs charges must be paid by the buyer

Return & Exchange Policy​

Customers have 14 days from delivery to return their order.

 

Please ensure that your order is returned to us in the same condition that it was received. Please note; due to hygiene reasons the product being returned must not have been used and all seals should be intact when returned.
